Since 2001, SMILE on Down Syndrome has provided physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and educational support services to people of all ages with Down Syndrome and their families and communities. SMILE on Down Syndrome is hosting their annual SMILE Mile on October 5th from 9 to noon at the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center.
